- Answering the phone (ability to handle multiple lines)
- Multitasking
- Preparation of charts
- Verifying Insurance HMO, PPO
- Scheduling and patient flow management
- Accept payments (cash, check, credit/debit card)
- Memorize letters and help maintain the office.
- Must speak Spanish.
